Come join Executive Chef Aundrea Richardson, owner of The House of Soul on November 16th for an exclusive preview to her up and coming pop-up restaurant where she will be serving an adventurous 6-8 course blind menu ranging from Creole to Italian food. Experience something truly exotic dishes such as: Oxtails with garlic mashed potatoes, Baked rabbit with rice and gravy, Shark, Roasted Duck, Buffalo Meat Balls, Squirrel Stew, Venison Chili, Rattle Snake Sausage, Chitterlings, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Empanadas, Menudo, Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee, Creole Cabbage, Sea Food Dressing, Alligator Gumbo, Kangaroo Sliders, Camel Tacos, Python Sausage with Garlic and Basil, Rattlesnake sausage with rabbit and Jalepeno. Wine, beer, and iced tea will be served. The Dallas Fort Worth location will be sent out prior to the event. About the Chef: Executive Chef Richardson starred on the hit reality show Master Chef and wants to share with the world all her gifts from the kitchen. Under state law, the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the event is prohibited to guests under the age of 21.
