If we take a little time to stop our usual activities and meditate, we will discover that peace and happiness are available to us in any moment.
In this half-day workshop we will explore how to connect with our own inner peace and happiness, both in formal meditation practice as well as during everyday activities. By learning to carry the good experiences we have in meditation into our daily life, we will be able to keep a light and positive mind all the time.
This is a perfect introduction to meditation as a practical tool for creating happiness in everyday life.

The course includes meditation instruction, guided meditations, practical Buddhist teachings, Q&A, and time for refreshments.
Kelsang Tashi is a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Miami. He has been practicing meditation in the Kadampa tradition for over 12 years. His gentle approach to meditation emphasizes the importance of keeping a happy and positive mind. He is appreciated for his clear, light-hearted and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings.
