Hillside FIT at Hillside Village
Break a sweat with Hillside Village’s free HillsideFIT fitness series taught by expert instructors. Every Saturday throughout the months of May through July, Hillside Village is offering a variety of free fitness classes on The Village Green. In August, HillsideFIT takes it indoors to OrangeTheory Fitness for interval training.

May CrossFit: Looking for a class that is constantly varied, includes functional movement and high intensity? Join CrossFit instructors Andre & Betsy Jones as they kick off HillsideFIT.
CrossFit by Swink Athletics from 9-10 a.m.
June Zumba: Start your June Saturday’s off right with everyone’s favorite Zumba instructor!
Zumba by Cassandra Hicks from 9-10 a.m.
July Yoga on the Hill: If you are an experienced yogi or just beginning to learn, the HillsideFIT July yoga classes are perfect.
Yoga on The Hill by Ebony Smith from 9-10 a.m.
August Interval Training w/ OrangeTheory Fitness: Do you want more energy, more strength, more results? Beat the heat and take it indoors to our very own OrangeTheory Fitness studio, Suite #220.
Interval Training with OrangeTheory Fitness at 12:30 p.m.
