Healthy Eating on a Budget In the Kitchen
Come learn the hands on skills on the kitchen that accompany the Healthy Eating on a Buget class. In that class we learned how to feed our families on $20 per person, per week without sacrificing good health and real, whole foods. In this workshop we will learn how to roast and debone a chicken make bone broth cook dry beans and turn them into a tasty meal prep fruits and veggies bulk up any dish with healthy, inexpensive foods $5 will cover the cost of the food we cook and then we can all enjoy the meal together at the end of the workshop.
