Girls Sports & Conditioning (6th, 7th & 8th grade) Midlothian, Tx
If you have a daughter who goes to Midlothian ISD, middle school ages, I am running a Sports conditioning Camp for girls throughout the summer. We will improve agility, speed, endurance, and create a winner's mindset. Don't waste the first month of school getting in shape. Start the 2019-2020 year in peak condition. Even if your daughter is not an athlete she may turn into one going through this program. This program focuses on 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls. Benefits Creates a comfortable environment for this age group Includes optional leadership projects i.e. Dream Boards, Goals,and Finding your Why Go into the school year in tip top shape. Program focuses on Speed, Agility, Strength, and overall conditioning Three Sessions broken up into three weeks on and one week off.
